SMARTcares role-based point-of care application allows caregivers to clock in and clock out of shifts, access their schedule, request time off, request to work specific times or shifts, manage their workflow, complete assigned care tasks, indicating service level upon completion, record care notes, file mileage and expense reimbursement requests, download important documents and store them safely within the app, and communicate in a HIPAA-compliant environment with agency office staff. Schedulers use the application to approve or deny time-off requests and shift-fulfillment requests, match clients and caregivers, set up and manage shifts, communicate securely with other staff and clients, and much more.
